ARCS is an Open Adoption Service. We believe it is not necessary
for children to lose their connections with members of their
birth family when they are welcomed into an adoptive family.
Adoptive children thrive living in a secure, loving home environment
and having secure, loving extended family connections with members
of their biological and adoptive families.
Open Adoption is about family preservation. The birth and adoptive
families become connected through their mutual love of the child.
