We provide homestudies for those hoping to adopt a child.

ARCS is an adoption counseling centre.
We provide pre and post adoption counseling to all those affected by adoption--adoptees, birthparents, birth grandparents, adoptive parents, adoptive grandparents, extended family members.

ARCS is an adoption educational centre.
We provide educational workshops. ARCS has ongoing workshops for adoptive parents on the following:

We provide general information on all aspects of adoption in Ontario. We welcome your questions. ARCS is a step- parent adoption service. We assist those wishing to adopt their spouse's child or children.
